Alexandra Davis is Chief Executive Officer/Company Secretary for Inala. Inala has 15 group homes, with 2 new homes being built, 7 Day Services in the northwest and eastern suburbs of Sydney, Community Access, and offers Support Coordination to approximately 65 clients.
She was the Chief Executive Officer of Holy Family Services for almost 7 years which included a Residential Aged Care Facility of 146 Beds, 28 Independent Living Units, Long Day Care and Preschool, Disability Service and a Registered Training Organisation (RTO ID 91448).
Previously, Alexandra worked as Head of Health, Ageing and Disability Services for Paynter Dixon, a design and construction company for 10 years. Alexandra has extensive experience in strategic and operational roles in the aged care, design & construction, disability, childcare and education industries. She holds a Master of Business Administration, Master of Nursing and a Diploma of Applied Science with a background as a Registered Nurse. She has completed the AICD Company Directors course, a Certificate 4 in Workplace Training and Assessment and was an external Quality Assessor for the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. She is on the Board of The Cotswolds Retirement Village, and previously on the ACSA NSW/ACT Divisional Council, the ACSA Board and was Chair of the ACSA Western Region Meeting.
