Greg Reynolds is the Executive Director, Risk and Assurance at Life Without Barriers (LWB), a leading not-for-profit operating in all States to deliver Disability services, Child, Youth and Family, Aged Care, Homelessness, Refugee and Asylum Seekers, Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs, and Youth Justice. Over the past 13 years with LWB, Greg’s role has been to lead and monitor the full scale of risk and resilience management including audit and quality assurance, with a broad focus across strategic and operational risk, to support Board, Executive and Operational level engagement. Before joining LWB, Greg worked for many years as Corporate Compliance Manager at Sydney Water, having originally worked in the Commonwealth Government employment and workplace relations portfolio following university studies in humanities and social science.
