Janine Lundie is a registered nurse with diverse experience in health, aged care and disability. She has a strong commitment to delivering quality outcomes, focusing on continuous quality improvement while actively working to mitigate risks and enhance overall performance. As the Executive Manager Quality, Risk and Training at Living My Way, Janine draws upon her background in clinical practice and care governance, policy, education and training, critical incident investigation, risk management, and consultancy to drive quality and compliance whilst fostering a culture of excellence and safety. Prior to joining Living My Way, Janine was a Director of Aged Care Consultancy, Education and Service Support (ACCESS), a consultancy company who partnered with aged care providers. In this role, she focused on enhancing the lives of older people, inspiring the aged care workforce and supporting organisations with quality and compliance. During this time, she contributed to the development of the Department of Health and Aged Care Medication Management in the Community Guiding Principles and the Medication Management in Residential Aged Care Facility Guiding Principles.
