I am the first Aboriginal person with disability to lead Aboriginal disability research at a scholarly level and am the most published in the world. I am an outstanding leader across research, teaching and governance and have an exceptional record of commitment to service in local Aboriginal communities, the academic community, and international community. I have shown a consistent upwards trajectory in my career being awarded over $10mil as a CI in disability research grants. My research has made significant impact on the development of the NDIS and other policies relating to people with disability.

Delving into the community's unique perspective on what constitutes quality in disability support, which may differ from conventional standards
Highlighting specific obstacles faced by individuals with disabilities under current and proposed NDIS frameworks
Discussing what reform changes, particularly changes in risk parameters, mean for how individuals with disabilities access and are assessed for care services
